All Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality Logo in all their variations are the property of Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited. Winners and Nominees of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards may use the Winners or Nominee logo on any form of digital marketing, print marketing or video marketing. The Logo may not be altered in any way. The Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards logo and all its variations owned by Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited may only be used by individuals in the employ of a winning property, product or service. The logo may not be used or shown together with any form of derogatory or insulting or inappropriate text or imagery. The Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards Logo, as well as any variations of the logo, owned by Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited may not be used on any form of clothing without the express permission of Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited.
The Luxury Panel
The Luxury Panel is responsible for selecting and approving nominees for the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards.
Nominees
Once nominees are approved, they receive a silver digital Seven Star Crest for display on their company website and for use in PR and marketing activities. Nominees will be listed on the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards website.
Voting
Voting takes place on the www.sevenstaraward.com website. Only winners will be notified of their win. Voting data is not shared to any winner or nominee. No winner or nominee may be provided with voting date of another. Voters and their details are kept strictly confidential and are not stored by Seven Stars Media Corporation in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Special Awards and Single Winner Categories
Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited, through the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards and the Luxury Panel, reserves the right to select winners for special awards and single winner category awards without a voting process. These categories include all special awards, Luxury Lifestyle Network, Luxury Shopping Experience, and all other single winner sectors appearing on the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards website. Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited reserves the right to withdraw these awards without prior notice to the winners. Additionally, Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited may remove winners from the website at any time without prior notice.
Promotion
Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited reserves the right to market its winners and nominees through Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards via social media channels, print media, and digital media, aiming to increase awareness about the winners and nominees. If Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited is informed that individual winners or nominees no longer wish to appear on the website or receive promotion, they agree to remove them and cease all promotion across all channels. Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited is under no obligation to promote or provide information regarding winners through any marketing channels, including print, digital, audiovisual media, or social media. Promotion of winners and nominees is solely at the discretion of Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited.
Panel Members
Members of the Luxury Panel appear on the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards website voluntarily and are not under contract. Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited reserves the right to remove members of the Luxury Panel at our discretion with no prior notice. The titles of Chairman, President, Founder, Honorary Chairman, Honorary Ambassador, Luxury Panel Member and Ambassador are strictly honorary and do not provide the individuals with any decision-making powers regarding the Company. All individuals holding any of the mentioned titles are not employed by Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited and are not under any form of contract from Seven Stars Media Corporation Limited.
