Lord Wesley Pestano

Lord Wesley Pestano is an internationally connected business and diplomatic figure with more than three decades of experience fostering relationships between the diplomatic community, governments and the international private sector.

Prior to his career in international business and diplomacy, Lord Pestano enjoyed a successful career in entertainment, appearing across film, television and some of London's leading West End theatres. His screen career also included an appearance alongside Roger Moore in the James Bond film Octopussy.

For more than 31 years, Lord Pestano has served as President of the London Diplomatic Association (LDA), developing its international presence and establishing a network that brings together accredited diplomats, Ambassadors, High Commissioners, senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Under his leadership, the LDA has worked with governments and international stakeholders to support opportunities across trade, investment and tourism, while building connections between the global diplomatic community and leading businesses and decision-makers.

The organisation has expanded its international reach through specialist subsidiaries and divisions, together with representation in Monaco, Palm Beach, Florida, and Aberdeen, Scotland.

His international outlook and breadth of experience complement the Luxury Panel's role in identifying and selecting exceptional organisations and individuals within the global luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
